up for sale is a fantastic piece, that I acquired some time ago. It just doesn't get the wrist time it deserves and - surprise - I have a major piece coming in...so I decided to pass it on to a fellow member to enjoy it. It keeps time perfectly, has not been worn a lot by me (maybe 20 times...:/ ) and obviously neither by its former owner. The watch is not NOS, but it has no major scratch or dent anywhere. I have not polished it, and I would guess it hasn't been polished before. Being a relatively young watch, this might not be surprising...😉

A really cool detail is the special JL clasp. This alone costs quite some money and is a big win for the watch. The original clasp will be included, of course.

The strap is in perfect condition - almost like new.

Crystal has no markable scratches.

It comes with all the papers and original boxes.

Price is 9.800€ including shipping all over Europe. Worldwide can be discussed, have not checked the prices yet. But we would surely figure out.

Two questions:

do you know anything of the watch’s service history?

I believe these came originally with a second, replacement crystal - if so, is one still with the watch?

since i do not know for certain, i would consider the watch unserviced.

I unfortunately have no spare crystal and have honestly never seen one offered with a DSA tribute before. Maybe theres an expert here on OF that can help?

I have the American dial but it definitely didn't come with a spare crystal and there is no space in the box where one would go. The JLC boutique said they would replace it for $100 but unless it was cracked I would have no need to replace it, it can be easily polished. I noticed yours is on a deployment clasp and now I want one. I tried to order a replacement strap from JLC as mine is well aged but they told me they don't produce them anymore and can't get it. Happy to see that yours is in such good shape. Great watch and glws!

Considering the sought after deployant clasp self for 250-300€ alone....and the watch is really in a fantastic condition. I don't have to sell to survive, but i had a major incoming and i'm trying to go for the "one-in-one-out" strategy...😟

I decided to keep her for now... I should have resisted the temptation to post "quickly" rather than taking my time, cleaning the watch up nicely and take some decent shots. If i decide to sell at a later point, the presentation will be better - promised! Thanks again and OF for the space.
