How feasible is it to put a 20/18 strap on and FOIS? What I'm most interested in is the 18mm width at the buckle. Anyone have any pics?

Let me rephrase - I know it's feasible - wondering how good it would look...thanks

I haven’t tried 20/18, but here’s a 19/18 strap on my FOIS. Hardly any taper. It’s obviously an 18mm buckle - the original 16mm one won’t work with this strap.

Thanks. How do you like it with virtually no taper?

It feels good - makes it feel more of a tool watch, despite being a dressy style strap (which is also fairly thin). Certainly doesn’t feel weird! I do have a few 19/16 straps that I like, too! Most of the time it sits on the Forstner flatlink, though.

I have done it, with a 20mm Omega strap because I already have an 18mm deployant and didn't want to buy the 16mm. It looked fine. You just have to carefully squeeze the strap on. No pictures, though.
