Dial is excellent, tritium, great patina with matching tritium hands.

Bracelet is Omega made by Holzer for South American market, dated '79.

Caseback is crisp, stamped 145.022 - 78 inside.

Crystal is original hesalite with Omega logo in center and light scratches from use.

No box or papers. No documented service history. Watch winds smoothly, runs well at -4 seconds per day, chrono runs, stops and resets properly.
