1982 Deville pusher extension

Hi guys. I have a 1982 Deville case number 191.0100 1 and movement number 1365. There is a tiny extension (basically a brass dowel rod) between the pusher in the case and the movement - without it the pusher doesnt reach the movement to allow you to set the time. Can anybody give me a part number for this? The local Omega shop wanted $299 for it !! Anybody?
