Hi, I've seen this Seamaster on eBay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/203350622179). It appears to be reference 366.0880, an update of the late-1970s 366.0845 but with a 1110 movement and a coin edge bezel. I can't find the reference on the Omega vintage site and only see a couple of references in past auctions. Does anyone know anything about it or the movement? I will be asking for a better dial picture but wanted to see if I could track down any information on the watch itself first.

Hi @alex_b and welcome to the forum! Did you try searching both of the case reference numbers on the inside caseback? These watches are not (yet) very collectible so there may not be a lot of collector feedback on them. \However, I think the listed eBay price is outrageous for one of these; they are not rare or unique. Perhaps the best advice we can offer you is to slow down and take the time to educate yourself on what to look for before spending your money. Start with these threads:

If you acquire a vintage watch, don't forget to have it serviced by an independent watchmaker familiar with vintage watches, as the movement should be evaluated for wear and tear, then cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted.

A 1110 movement parts sheet can be found here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/cal-1110-movement-schematic-and-parts-numbers.71681/

Thanks very much. Yes I’m aware the price is outrageous, but thank you for the warning. Sadly it’s not even close the the most ridiculous price I’ve seen for a TV dial on eBay.

I shared it because it wasn’t a reference that I’d seen before. I’ve searched for both references on Google and other than one or two other listings turning up I haven’t found much hence why I posted. Weirdly the integrated reference (366) doesn’t match the non-integrated (166) reference according to the bracelet parts number lookup guide I have from WUS, again a mystery to solve.

Anyway, thanks for the tips and especially the link to the 1110 information. I’ve been looking for a nice reasonably priced TV dial Seamaster for a number of months now, but hadn’t seen this version until yesterday.

Update: Price is coming down to something a bit less outrageous (£475). Unfortunately it seems the sunk cost of the Omega service in 2019 is putting a floor on the price for the seller.

I’ve asked for some better images as if the case isn’t completely polished to hell I think it could be an interesting little piece at the right price.

I’ve also worked out the second reference in the case 166.0280 is the non integrated version which does appear to crop up more often. 366.0880 doesn’t seem to appear much, presumably because it was made in the midst of the quartz crisis and isn’t that collectible.
