Sting
·This watch was given to me by mother in 1974. It was fully serviced in 2015 and since then has been kept in the boxes and only used rarely. Could anyone help with it’s value?

·Looks like a 166.065. Nice watch and oversized for the period which means it’s wears well today.
Is it a plain or sparkle dial?
With the box, papers and bracelet I’d say it’s probably £650-850 if the dial is good, case is sharp and it’s running well. If the dial has any damage or staining or it’s not running well it will be less.
Here’s one I used to have. I sold it fully serviced for around £450 a couple of years ago.

·You may want to search sold watches on Ebay, this will give you some idea on the value. The original box and sales receipt are a plus for a collector. The watch itself is from the era when quartz watches were threatening the watch industry and Omega made a lot of changes in the watch styles and calibers. Not all collectors like Omegas from 70s (I do and I have a similar style watch and like it a lot). The market is soft now, so maybe 600-900USD. My only question would be: do you really want to sell a watch given to you by your mother? I would keep it if I were you.
