Hi all,
up for grabs today my Seiko 6138-8020 "Panda" vintage chronograph dating back to january, 1973.
As I'm raising funds in view of another major purchase, I'm listing some watches I wear less than others.
Particularly, I bought this Seiko to a german collector back in november 2020, had it serviced just after receiving it and since then very sparingly worn.
Please note that unlike most of the specimens normally for sale, full of aftermarket parts, this one is completely original, down to the crystal and desirable Stelux ssteel bracelet.

Getting into the details:

41mm ssteel case appears to be clean and sharp. Typical horseshoe caseback is clear and still perfectly readable, correctly bearing markings and serial number. Crown, pushers, hands set, all is original and in good shape.

Original linen dial is nice but not flawless, because of a slight paint damage around the minutes subdial, at 7. I tried to capture it on pics, it is hardly noticeable wearing the watch but it's certainly there.

The iconic 6138B in house automatic movement was completely overhauled by my trusty watchmaker in november 2020, although I don't have any receipt, and it keeps very good time. Unlike the 6139s, it can be manually wound and has a quickset daydate setting by crown in position 1.

Watch comes on its original stainless steel Stelux bracelet, wearing comfortable and tight.

Please ask me for any doubt about the watch. I will reply as fast as possible: via mp here, email f[email protected] or whatsapp +393473071828

Watch and me are located in Rome, Italy. I'm asking 1300 euros shipped with tracking code and ensured with Secursus everywhere within EU. Overseas transactions are welcome with shipping costs and modality to be decided with buyer.
Bank wire strongly preferred, a face to face in Rome is obviously possible.

I have some good feedbacks so far on OF at the following link, but plenty of references from other international fora and ebay to provide if needed:

Before letting pics do the talking, thanks a lot OF for the opportunity and thanks you all for looking.
