1973 Omega DeVille repair

Hello - I have a 1973 deVile (original owner) and sent it to Omega in Switzerland as the bezel was damaged. Omega sent it back saying they couldn't repair it. It's a lovely watch, but I can't wear in in its current state. Does anyone know a repair shop in Philadelphia that has a good reputation for repairing Omegas please? Thank you.
