For your consideration is this beautiful vintage 1970's Omega Speedmaster Professional ref: 145.022-74.
Serial: 31.32X.XXX

Dial: Original Tritium dial in excellent condition with beautiful mustardy patina. Tritium plots are in excellent shape showing even patina with hardly any lume loss.
Hands: Original Tritium hands in excellent shape.
Case: 'HF' asymmetrical case. The case is in very good condition, the sides (only) have been partially re-brushed ages ago. The case has never been polished so it retains the original factory profile and dimensions. Case shows some wear and sleeve wear from normal daily use. (Please refer to pictures).
Bezel: Excellent DNN (Dot Near Ninety) TACHYMETRE bezel that has faded to a beautiful and even Grey shade.
Bracelet: This watch is fitted with its original 1171 bracelet with 633 end links. The bracelet is in excellent shape, shows some minor stretch.
Movement: Omega Cal 861 is running and keep good time. All chrono functions work as they should. There is no known recent service history.
Accessories: Omega Extract Of The Archives in route.

Notes: Every vintage watch tells a story, and if we look at this particular example and study its overall condition we can tell that this watch was used (possibly daily) by its original owner but was also cared for and not abused.
There are 3 service marks inside the caseback which suggest that this watch was serviced every 12+/- years on average.
I buy a lot of Speedmasters and most come in with rotten or melted gaskets and/or never been serviced before. It is not the case with this one.
The original owner used it as it should be used but also took good care of it so it could be passed on to the next lucky owner in fine shape!
