Today' s piece is a Citizen Chronomaster Chronometer Ref. 4-020171, one of the high end model of Citizen, made to be comparable with King Seiko and Grand Seiko. I think he refers to just a straight-on shot of the dial and case from the front, watch horizontal (as mentioned, 12 up and 6 at bottom of image). Beautiful watch!
