1968 Omega Seamaster (as per avatar) crown & pipe wanted

This is hard to find it seems, and nothing in the usual places like Cousins London and the Swatch group in Melbourne unless you have access being a registered omega repairer.
Can anyone help with this thanks, happy to pay up front if someone has access, I am in Brisbane
