1968 Omega Constellation 567.011 authenticity check

I just received a ladies Omega constellation 567.011, it has what i think is a genuine bracelet and Omega movement but I am starting to have doubts about the dial. All it says is Omega on the dial but the ones I see online have Omega Automatic Chronometer constallation written on the dial. The rest of the dial looks exactly the same. Is this a
fake?

I think your dial was wiped clean of type and markers and omega was reprinted. The hands are wrong too as is the crown likely. Movement looks ok.

Thanks. That doesnt sound good, lol. I guess i shoukd have checked before but i didnt have the exact reference.
