Many cases with this reference in different materials, but only 2 bezels available:

082BA1680017 | BEZEL YEL GOLD 18K 2N18

082ST1680017 | STEEL BEZEL

So since this looks like yellow gold, you could go full pop for the solid 18k version, or get the steel version and have it plated.

Any watchmaker with an Omega parts account should be able to get it for you.
Or eBay...

 

The gold capped watches are 14k. Omega service would be quite expensive for this sort of vintage watch, so your best bet would be to find a watchmaker with an Omega parts account who can service the watch as needed, or at least supply and install the bezel.
