But: if you bought it in 1966 it will most likely be a caseback with bevel. A '66 purchased one will most likely be a 105.012-65 or 105.003-6x reference, those came with the bevelled caseback.

I had the watch serviced by Omega in Switzerland. They changed the dial and hands during the service. Fortunately, they sent the pieces back

What is the correct case back for a 1965-66 Speedmaster Professional? I have seen both the styles of case back on these watches. Is there a correct case back or do they come with either style? I purchased this watch in 1966 from an authorized dealer and has been in my possession ever since.
