Hands are service replacement. Bezel is a service replacement, modern Omega one. Bracelet is an Omega 1171 in excellent condition. The 633 end-links were machined to fit a 19mm case. The bracelet is fully linked fits a large wrist up to 8.25" Caseback is original, with crisp Hippocampus engraving. Stamped 105.003-64 inside. The watch comes with Omega Extract of Archives indicating 1965 shipment to Singapore market originally.
