Omega Constellation KO 14902.

Gold Cap on Stainless Steel.

Calibre. 561.

http://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/heritage/vintage-omegas/vintage-watches-database?ref=14363

Movement Serial Number 19437283 - Approx 1962 - 50+ Years old

Stunning original condition - Very minor marks on the 'unpolished' case - Entirely original un restored dial, & hands, in virtually mint condition.

Original crystal with Omega logo underneath in very good condition - Logo visible in the images.

Original Omega crown.

Timekeeping is truly excellent. - If sold, I will have the watch re checked, & regulated again, ( if necessary ), by my watchmaker, prior to departure.

I am only the second owner to this Omega - The watch was originally purchased early 60's, by a French Gentleman,
- I bought it from his remaining family, ( in France), after his death.

From the overall condition of the watch, the passage of time, & the fact, I have the original strap, I am inclined to believe this watch was only worn very rarely.

I have only worn it, recently, to determine consistency of time keeping, whilst in actual use.

Included within the sale, is the original 'Omega Constellation Presentation Box' for this actual watch , in very, very good condition, ( tiny scuffs on the base ), & the original Omega marked 'Brown Calf' Leather strap, ( slightly battered, & faded, but serviceable ), with the original gilt Omega buckle.

There is currently a new, very dark brown, generic 'Croco Grain' leather strap, on the Constellation.

£1100 ONO, including PayPal Fees - Shipping to be determined, dependent upon location, but at actual cost.

If anyone wishes for additional photography / details ? or to make a comment / ask a question ? - Please just contact me privately. - I will respond as swiftly as I can.

As a reference for my personal integrity, & accuracy - I also sell Omega, on Ebay as : ' thegirlandi ' - 100% positive feedback.

I am not a 'Dealer', but a University Lecturer in 'Creativity & Design' - The Omega Constellation, is from my personal collection, of 25 years.

If that was the no date caliber 551 version it would have been my watch. 😉

She arrived via UK Post Office Special Delivery today as agreed. Very well packaged. I'm totally delighted with my first Constellation. An absolutely hassle-free and pleasurable transaction with "ICONO". Many Thanks, Jon… PS - and if any of you guys out there are looking for a Valentine's gift for your wife / girlfriend (or simply as a token of appreciation for their long suffering patience), ICONO has some unique, contemporary, silver jewellery.
