Check ebay for items sold. Turler is not a model but the store where it was purchased.

If you could make you first picture as good as your second two, and make all three even better, it would be easier to appreciate the watch. Because it is your father's watch, there is no monetary value equal to the personal value it has for you. Searching for all watches on eBay with the Turler name will give you an idea of what premium it might add to your watch. The bracelet looks to be worth very little...but again, if that is how your father wore it, you might want to put it aside and just keep it. The crystal on the watch is badly scratched and should be replaced with an Omega crystal. You should make the effort to find a quality watch repair store that services and knows Omega. Gold plated probably has less value than regular stainless steel...but on your wrist, no one is going to spot the difference except a well educated eye. A basic Omega manual wind movement is a simple but quality piece of work. I would put a little money into and enjoy wearing it. It is still a handsome piece.

these watches are worth less than their family keepsakes.
gold plating no longer has the craze of the 50s and 60s, the same goes for the diameter.
this kind of bracelets damage the lugs.
if it doesn't remind you that much of your father, you can sell it but the price will be modest ($400/$500?)

Probably $350 Good beginners watch. Good clean movement

Plated cases not that popular unless mint condition and usually the bottom rung in regards to popular case materials
