    Very nice! And very similar in style to my slightly later (1961) cal. 561 (14393), which I am serendipitously wearing at the moment...

    Sorry guys its not a 504.:oops:

    I managed to remove the back and found a 561 ( Reference 14393 ) is the crown correct for this 561 ?

    Well, the 561 did go inside the 14.393 - but the dial is off a caliber 504, otherwise CALENDAR wouldn't be on it. Wait for more opinions though.

    The key is the "Automatic Chronometer" language on the dial. That's only found on the very early cal. 55X/56X references, not on the cal. 504.

    One of the very few rules I can find for vintage Omega (we miss you, Hoi! :))
