For sale or trade is another nice Seamaster, this one a 1958 2846 reference with a 500 caliber automatic movement. The original two-tone dial is very clean, and the case is unpolished and very nice. The movement is also clean and runs, winds, and sets well, however service history is unknown so a service is recommended prior to regular use.

Dial: Original two-tone dial is very clean. There are very light specks on the dial but are very small and difficult to see. Markers are in nice condition as well with radium lume plots largely intact, with the exception that the 12 marker has some tarnish (or something) on the right-hand side of it. Original hands have light oxidation and radium has darkened.

Case: Original 2846-8 reference case is in very nice, unpolished condition. As to be expected, there are light scratches throughout, however none are significant. Bevels on the lugs are sharp and the Seamaster and Waterproof text on the case back are in very nice condition. Case is 34.5mm diameter without grown, and lug width is 18mm.

Crown: Original signed clover crown.

Crystal: New OEM Omega crystal (Omega etched at center) has been recently installed.

Movement: Original caliber 500 automatic movement is clean and is in very nice condition. Movement runs, winds, and sets well, however service history is unknown so a service is recommended prior to regular use.

Strap:
Comes on a generic black leather strap with a stainless steel buckle (not the one pictured).

Price is $800. Open to trades for non-radium 50s or early 60s Seamasters/Constellations/Conquests/Flagships (see my WTB/WTT here).
