Fer sale:

Longines Conquest, top of the line model from Longines, running and in good shape. You Connie junkies have been curious to try a Conquest - here's your chance.

Dial: Original white dial with rose gold makers. Light, even case of dial measles. Hands match the markers, the minute hand is missing lume. OF NOTE, the blemish which you see next to the hour hand in the first pic is actually a bit of lint under the crystal. As you see, it travels to other places in the other pics. The blemish about halfway between the 10 o'clock marker and the "A" of automatic is on the dial.
Crystal: Acrylic crystal, intact and in good shape. Horizontal linear scratch in the left upper quadrant.

Case: Original stainless steel case in good shape with mild signs of wear. The back medallion preserves some of the green enamel, as shown. Original & correct crown. 35mm diameter NOT including crown.
Movement: Longines 19AS automatic, clean and in good working order. Movement number 104402094 puts the watch at about 1956-7. The watch runs and keeps time. Service history is entirely unknown to me. I've had this one for about six months.
Strap: 18mm leather crocodile print.
Box & Papers: none

Price: $475 + insured postage. Prefer US deal because of the insurance thing.

Please read the description and inspect the pictures carefully and ask questions before purchase.

If nobody minds, I'm giving my endorsement on this watch which is offered at a very fair price. Besides having a nice clean caliber inside, the crown is original and in pretty good shape. These mid 50's to mid 60's Conquests are only gonna go up in price because people are starting to find out how much their quality rivals other more popularly sought after watches like Constellations.

ps - opened this thread hoping it was Lou's black dialed 19ASD. 😉
