For sale a solid 9K gold 34mm Omega using the 266 manual wind movement (a development of the classic 30T2 but with 17 jewels and shock protection). It uses an Omega marked Dennison case which has the UK hallmark for 1956 (letter G) which tallies with the 14.38m movement serial number (blurred in pic below but intact). It was serviced by the seller when I got it about a year ago and it is running strongly and accurately at around -2s per day as confirmed in wear and on my timing machine and as can be seen below the movement is very clean. It is all original AFAIK with a few scratches on the case here and there but has a clear crystal and nice unmarked dial which is showing a little patina in the varnish but no real issues. The lug edges are still sharp so I don’t think this has seen a polish, or at least not a bad one. The unsigned crown may well be original but is a little worn round the edges. These watches have no gaskets so should not be considered waterproof. Supplied on unworn black calf leather Condor strap.
