Does anyone have any views on this model/movement? Spotted one from a reputable vintage watch shop for £450 quid. Looks in good nick, runs well, has been serviced and comes with a year's guarantee. Are there any drawbacks with the bumper movement vs a 360 degree movement? Does the price sound fair? Anything else I should look out for? Will be my first proper watch so very excited!

Nothing wrong with a bumper movement at all. The fact they are around and working after 60+ years is a good indication of durability.

Can't say any more about a particular watch without pictures and more details - reference, caliber, metal, etc.
