I want to share with you guys the most important watch in my collection an also to confirm if is the model That I think it is. My grandfather was a singer in Venezuela and performed all around the world. When he was living in Madrid back in 1955 he bought this Omega. After he passed away in 2005 my mother gave it to me. Its as I think a Costellation de luxe? The leather strap its new and original Omega.

yes a constellation delux. you'll be able to get more details by arranging to open the caseback without scratching it up. inside the case-back reference numbers should be written, which can then get you more info. Very nice watch @Atab2870 although unfortunately the dial looks to have been re-printed, and not very well. clearer photos can help.

Thanks Jhon for your answer. Here is a closer look of the dial. No idea if he did it.

It’s a beautiful thing to have such a heirloom! Yes, it’s a redial, the crown isn’t correct etc, but does that really matter in this case? 😀 It’s a nice memory nonetheless!

cool. if you look at the words below the logo at 12 o'clock note the unevenness of the lettering. very nice heirloom timepiece of course, for you to cherish for a long time. enjoy. also peruse other examples and comments here on the forum where you can quickly search and find interesting views...

It’s a shame about the dial - but still a nice watch and an interesting story. I like the pic of your grandfather too. It has a cool vibe.
