    1955 Omega Constellation Ref. 2852 4SC

35mm stainless steel case with stainless steel accents

Crosshair dome dial with arrowhead hour markers

Cal. 501, 19 jewel Chronometer Automatic Movement

    Last serviced AUG 2013

    - The movement looks clean and works well but it's a pain to wind the watch with bare fingers, much easier using a piece of cloth. Alternatively, a light shake will get the watch running right away.
    - The dial is heavily yet quite evenly patinated.
    - The hands are fairly oxidized, the markers and the rest of the furniture not at all.
    - The case is sharp.
    - The medallion looks amazing.

    $1,500

Just came across this thread - could you please not delete everything from your FS ad, even though it's sold? The pictures, info and price are helpful to everybody around here. Not sure what your motivation was to come back a months or so later and remove everything. If this was common practice here the classifieds would be much less transparent and helpful, in my opinion.

Only 5 members pointing out the guy's mistake so far? Xmas must have slowed things down. :D

My bad. That was my first sale on OF. I read the rules, was careful with the bumps but ultimately I skipped the part you quoted initially. I wanted to remove my sold listings but obviously it didn't work and so that turned into an empty listing and added SOLD instead. Won't do it again.

I figured it out eventually. I guess it's not exactly Craigslist :)
