Hey guys,

Another one of my 30T2s up for sale today. It's a Dennison cased Omega from 1948 and is a beautiful example of a time only piece from this era.

Case: The case measures 33.4mm making this a very wearable sized dress watch. It is a British made Dennison case, give a nice insight into the provenance of this piece. It's in good condition and does not appear to have been polished, retaining its original case shape found in these 1940s 113322 cases.

Dial: The stunning silver dial is in very good condition and is beautifully complimented by gold arabic numeral indices at 2, 4 8,10 & 12, and nipple indices at 1,3,5,7,9 & 11. Elegant leaf hands in gold combined with the large subsecond dial at 6 O'clock really creates a great balance and makes for a very special, charming timepiece. There is some patination on the dial but overall this is very good condition for a watch that ids now 75 years old!

Movement: The 30t2 calibre movement, an iteration of the original 30mm movement is heralded as one of the greatest hand wind movements Omega ever created. It is running strong although i have not had it serviced during my ownership so a service is perhaps recommended in the next couple of years.

Strap: Pictured strap is not included, but I will find one within my strap spares for the buyer so that it is ready to wear.

Price: £800 NOW £700

Will ship tracked and insured worldwide

Stunning. The crown is unsigned ... I'm assuming it was replaced at some point in the long lifetime of this piece?

It’s a 1940s watch, so it is unlikely the crown was ever signed. This one is unsigned and so have all of my other 113322 cases from the 40s so I have no reason to think it is not original.

Crowns during 40s were often unsigned.
Stunning piece, GLWS!

Interesting! I wouldn't have known that. I learn something new every time I'm here. GLWS!

Lovely watch! The period appearing strap is appealing on that watch as well.
