·Now that I have a second Omega chronometre I have decided to revise this posting from withdrawn to back for sale.
This time it is a very rare and sort-after 30T2-RG in steel, which is actually rarer than the gold counterparts.

Dial: As you can see the two-tone dial is in good shape with an even speckled patina. The numerals at 12, 3 and 9 are mirrored and the remaining hour markers are applied triangular indices. There are a couple of marks particularly near 9 O'clock however overall this is in good condition for an original dial. Where many of these are redials this is original and correct, as are the steel leaf shaped hands.
Case: The case was one of the main contributing factors that influenced my purchase of this watch. It is sharp and appears to be unpolished, all corners are sharp and bevels in tact. whilst many of these have misshaped lugs through polishing these are the original shape as pictured, with lug holes central and in good stead.
Movement: The movement is running strong. I was told by the dealer I purchased from that it had just been serviced (a couple of months ago) but I do not have proof of this. It is running well however I have not tested for accuracy. The movement as pictured is the fabled 30T2-RG and has special polished parts which are only found in the chronometre movements.
Strap: This case fits 17mm wide straps and will be supplied on a lovely vintage style brown textured strap with white stitching.
Box / Papers: There are no box and papers.
Price: Was £2500 NOW £2250 net to me
