1944 cal. 27 C12 - original medical dial?

I've stumbled across this early cal.27 chrono local to me, it caught my eye but I had some concerns about the originality of the dial. Specifically the pulsometer markings happen to be in english, "base 30 pulsations" rather than the typical french I would have expected.

I wish I had gotten more details as the more I think about it the more I want to go back for the watch. I had some trouble identifying the exact reference as the caseback was only stamped with the serial, 10122XXX, dating to 1944. Movement looks like the correct 27chron with serial 9599xxx dating to 1943. I did find the CK2276 with this case style and movement, however none of the examples seem to have this dial.

I happen to have a CK2383 from 1944 that has an identical logo. I noticed when comparing that the left leg of the omega symbol doesn't appear nearly as crisp as on my 2383, but I understand the dials could well have come from different suppliers and that the wartime processes weren't ideal. what throws me off is the fairly uniform patina, if dial work was done it must have been a long time ago?

I figured I'd let the much more experienced experts of this forum decide the verdict. Original dial? Service dial? Redial? Frankenwatch?

Many thanks in advance, regards,
kycotting

Where is the watch located? I would expect a watch sold in an English speaking country to have English on the dial. Does it have an “OXG” on the movement to indicate a U.S. import?

Thanks! Watch is in Switzerland, doesn't appear to have any import markings. If it was sold to an english speaking market I would have expected to find at least another similar sample, I've only ever seen this phrasing on the likes of Breitling and Universal. Reckon it's worth the 2600chf asking? It's got a fresh service, I'm just dubious about the dial.

You consider that "patina" to be "uniform"?

Fair enough, this generation of chrono pushers provided essentially zero water resistance. By uniform I meant that there didn't appear to be any modern touch ups. Any thoughts otherwise on legitimacy of the dial?

It appears original to my eye.

Looks like a 2276, these are very small at 33mm.
Thanks for the confirmation! Any thoughts on the dial or the asking price of 2600chf?

The dial is original but tired and the watch size is small, so I think the price is high. However it is in in the normal range of asking prices that I have seen for these ref's 2276 and 2277 I had a NOS dial for a 2277 for almost a decade that had been trying to place into a donor watch....sold the dial in the end as all the donor watches were IMO too expensive for their size.
