Up for sale is a rare and attractive Omega chronograph with a three register Lemania 27 CHRO C12 movement and a nice, simple dial with rose gold accents. It’s an uncommon model in very nice, original condition. I’ve only seen two others with this dial variant in my many years of collecting. Full info below.

Dial: original, non-refinished white dial is in nice condition with light patina. The most noticeable damage is a scratch between 1-2. The dial features attractive rose gold accents, a particularly uncommon dial variant; I’ve only seen two others like it. I believe the chrono hand has been replaced; the original was blued steel and very similar but had a tail on it.

Case: original, unpolished 2279 ref. 35mm stainless steel case is in nice condition. Small bevels on the lugs are still clearly visible, as is the brushing on the caseback.

Crown: original unsigned crown.

Crystal: crystal is free of scratches, unclear if it’s original.

Movement: original 27CHRO C12 movement runs, winds, and sets well, but service history is unknown. Serial number dates the watch to 1942.

Strap: comes on the leather strap pictured.

Asking $4.5k shipped worldwide from the USA. Open to trades as well for the right non-luminous, steel or white gold vintage models. Payment via bank transfer/Wise. I’ve been active on the forum for a long time; see my references here.
