    Hi all
I bought the enclosed 1936-39 Omega the other day...it didn't make any sense to do so, but I just liked the darn thing. But now that I have it, I find I am unable to identify it; it's not on the Omega database that I can find. (Case number not recognised)
And I've been up and down Ranfft's listings to find the movement and can't find exactly the same thing. There is no calibre marking that I can see.
I'd really appreciate it if anyone out there could shine a light on this - in particular, I'd love to see a visual reference to what it once looked like.

Lord, I hate how hard I fall for watches...;-)

    Michael

You have a caliber 23.4 SC, but it is missing the the center seconds pinion and related bits.

The caseback number is in fact a serial number. Model numbers were not put there until later
