10k Gold Filled Wadsworth Case with Filagree work on sides in good condition
Has a Special Engraving on Case Back-“ Truth Liberty Equality Justice with Cross, Heart, and Star of David in center- see pictures. This is the logo of the Fraternal Order of Eagles founded in 1898 to promote peace prosperity gladness and hope and to make human life more desirable
Double Sunk Montgomery Dial with slight hairline at 1:00 which can hardly be seen and a mark from 8-10:00- see pictures
Crystal has some scuffs
Wadsworth Bar Over Crown design with some brassing on the inside of the bow
Gold Settings, Gold Center Wheel, and Sapphire Jewels
A special Railroad Watch from the Great Depression with a unique engraving of the Fraternal Order of Eagles

If the serial number on the mechanism is 2545415 (better pictures needed), then this is the pocketwatchdatabase listing for the mechanism. Case is model # 2, bar over crown. Montgomery 12-hour, vitreous enamel dial. Too bad about dial condition. Price seems right. Speaking personally, the overdone engraving on the case back would be a major negative for me.
