Hello everybody! i am new on this forum, all the way from Romania. I bought a few days ago an old watch I need some help identifying it and if somebody know the real value of this one. Calibre 35.5 L and here are a few photos that might help, mechanism sn. 6175623 acier staybrite rear and chromed casing Thanks everybody for your participation in this discussion.
so everything is fake? from what i read online they were made for the military between the 20's and 29's the seconds are working at 9 o'clock, the other not
Thing is even if it were all real, 30s era pocket watch movements aren't worth much, if you paid more than $20 I'd get my money back
Hi to everyone.I have a question for all.If that omega case back is fake, this is same? This is a pocket watch.I am not a expert, just i love watches. And about calibre 35.5L, i know was used in early omega aviators watches. Is wrong?
Hi again,i find this pictures in my book and some new information.Maybe somebody know more things about that. Thanks .
Hi,i ask because i know here are many Omega lover.I just try to find some information about that Omega model.Maybe i make mistake because my english is bad and poor.Sorry for that.Regards,Florin.
no, your English is fine, florin. that case is not omega. why would a company like omega build a fake chronograph? can you answer that? it is an extremely low quality case. made up dial. just a horrible fake. kind regards. achim
you have right achim about that, omega not build a fake chronograph. That dial i think was a watchmaker replacement is not authentic dial from this watch.Case maybe is ugly right, but case back ia authentic, that i don't understand.I was curious because i find some information about calibre 35.5L,was used in early aviator watches.I love Omega,i like vintage Omega,i like inhouse movement. My 'baby' is Constelation 168.004 cal 561(1) adjusted, with hiden crown or 'Jumbo' .Thank you achim.Best regards, florin.
