With the increased local armed robberies I am offering this constellation up for sale to keep this community safe. I no longer want any one of you wearing Rolexes. Its just not worth it. Buy this and wear it instead. For your safety and the safety of your loved ones. It will give me peace of mind okay? Omega Constellation REFERENCE: 2652 YEAR: 1950 SERIAL: 12.6 million CASE: The 35mm solid 18kt yellow gold case has seen a polish in the past. The case shows light wear throughout. There is some marks in the caseback from someone in the past attempting to open the watch with improper technique or tools. The crown is an authentic omega crown; however, incorrect for this reference. I tried my best to picture the hallmarks on the back of the lugs which are nice and deep in my opinion. DIAL: Original two-tone, dome, crosshair silver dial. There are some marks on the dial that can be seen in the photos but nothing too crazy. There is some lume loss on the minute hand. MOVEMENT: Omega automatic bumper caliber 352. The watch winds crispy, sets and runs good. Service history is unknown. Movement looks like it needs a good cleaning but it is running good with no issues and keeping good time. BRACELET: Will come on genuine leather strap. (Not the one pictured.) PRICE: $2,349 shipped CONUS. Worldwide at additional cost. Again remember, this is for your safety. Do the right thing and leave those Rollies at home boys and girls.
This is incredibly noble of you, Niko. Names like Gandhi or Mandela come to mind when I think of humanitarians with this level of self-sacrifice.
Watch makes a large thump when I raise it to look at the time. I dont think that is normal. As a result I have reduced the price from $2349 to $2348 shipped CONUS. Extra for Worldwide. 2 of my favorite things - Good coffee and great vintage watches. Have a great day everyone!
Bump with some additional pics. @MtV recommended a macro lense attachment to your phone that I decided buying. Just arrived so I snapped a couple of quick pics ! Napkin can be included in package but it costs extra because at one point in time a Rolex was laid upon it. 50 bucks extra plus label for it.
Nice watch from a good seller. Only $50 extra for the napkin? SWEET. And Rosenthal is throwing in Beemer M5 carpet lint? This watch will be gone by the end of the week. Seriously, Nico is as trustworthy and fair minded a seller as you can get. I should know since I purchased a watch from him. What you see is what you will get - minus the napkin and carpet lint.
That is a very nice watch. But if you are worried about peoples safety does the fact it’s gold pose any contradictions to your sales pitch? once again lovely watch the the physique of the Greek is a very pleasant gentleman.
Ok, someone buy this already. I would buy it, but I bought this Connie from Niko last month: He is as honest and trustworthy as they come. Buy the watch, but more importantly, buy the seller. You can’t go wrong on this one.
