For sale this 18k gold Omega Constellation dome dial ref. 168.004 'hidden crown'. Nice case and immaculate dial. Not sure about the second hand, might be a replacement. The watch is running fine, but I'd recommend that the buyer has it serviced if he wants to put it into regular use, for I do not know when it was last serviced.
