18K Crown & Buckle for 162.025

Hello,

I’m looking to buy the correct original crown and buckle for my watch, but I can’t seem to find any examples showing what it originally came with.

Does anyone know which crown and buckle would be correct for this model, or possibly have reference/part numbers for them?
