Overpolished, crown is an issue...I would pass on it unless you can get it cheap

The crown looks darker than the case. Indicative of case polishing that removed toning?

Does this watch look all original? Is it a fair price?
The seller says that the dial is‘professionally refinished’, the case is over polished (as said above) and the crown is a different colour to the case, regardless of whether it’s right or wrong (wrong IMO). The price is about 3x what I’d expect to pay but I wouldn’t pay $400 for this. Sorry

A quick perusal of the watches currently offered by that seller leads to the inescapable conclusion that it would wise to ignore all of his listings.

The outer edge of the case back extends beyond the rounded bottom edge of the case. The case has definitely been horribly over-polished but the case back may have been from another watch. All in all, it is not pretty.

$400 for an Omega bumper with a 18 karat solid gold case? That would be a good deal, regardless of condition. 😀
