As the subject reads, when I activate the chronograph on my speedmaster, sometimes around the 4-8 minute mark, all hands stop moving... if I tap the watch, the hands get unstuck and start moving again. Any idea what causes this, and is it time for a service? Watch was purchased in 2018, and maybe been worn 20 times...
