16mm YG Patek or AW Buckle?

Just helped my Dad (82) find and buy a 1950s Patek Calatrava (Ref 2481) to celebrate a special health milestone, and would love to find a period correct pin buckle like the one below at a “reasonable” price. Need 16mm, yellow gold. Ideally Patek but would also consider a plated Wenger / AW buckle. I’m located in the USA.
