Hi all
I have purchased a 16700 Pepsi . It's a 1998 model with service papers but the dealer has sold it in a later box I believe. Could you advise on the correct type/ reference box I require please?

Understand there are a couple sizes related to that year model but basically something similar to this:

Looks like a fine example, and that is defiantly not the period correct box, your concern about the box was correct. Bracelet looks like it has the proper end links as well (should not be SEL's).

 

Box should look more like the photo in the post by TTG. "T" serial also corresponds to a 1996 production. Nice watch though!

 

Thank you, really pleased with the watch. It was a bit of an impulse buy but felt right and the service history was good.

 

Yes it looks like both boxes suit , I found an earlier post on a Rolex forum and it appears there was a box change mid '98 to cushion so I guess either would fit the bill. Booklet wise would you happen to know?
