Just wondering if anyone on here got this? Looked like a really nice example, and by the looks of things went almost immediately. Rare to find one of these (no date) in this good condition. Unfortunately I can’t see what the price was. Generally I think TimeAnagram charges a bit more than market, but their pieces seem to be good. A couple of pics and the link there for more.

I don't know, I if was to buy a relatively common watch - albeit in good condition - from a dealer for a premium, I'd expect them to do more than simply buy it of Yahoo and take nice pics. They didn't feel the need to service it, fine, but how about removing the gunk around the plexi and the medallion maybe? 🤦

I did notice that - looks like some oxidation under the bezel.

I think it's just gunk. Same around the medallion, that's where it always sits and removing it takes a few seconds and a tooth pick. Shouldn't be too much effort...

Ditto. In my experience, even if there's some oxidation it can be cleaned out. As long as the bezel isn't cracked or bent, the piece is usually good to go.

Yeah ! a typical lack in preparation that leads me to pass a watch / seller ! 🙁

Gives a blurr image to what could be the state of the hidden parts of the watch...

That's a nice watch. Unfortunately, prices are through the roof. If you find something you think is a fair or good price, do not hesitate to jump on the offer. Prices will keep on skyrocketing.

Also my opinion : looking back at how much the Connies were sold less than 3 years ago, prices would sure have doubled, whether SS or GC, and of course solid gold.
And I would be inclined to believe that Connies are still undervalued currently.
