This is a bit of a long shot, but maybe someone knows...
I’ve bought a 165.024 with original dial, but relumed hands (at least hour hand), see photo. Is there a place to find original tritium patinated hands, possibly with a matching dial?

The sales section on this forum, place a WTB, sales boards on other forums or eBay perhaps.... .. If the dial is original I am not sure why you would want to replace it anyway. If the hands dont match the dial and it really bugs you could have them relumed or with hindsight you could have waited until you found the perfect combination of hands and dial in a watch to suit your needs. On the other hand you could wear and enjoy as is. Either way good luck and wear in good health!

Well the hour hand lume is off, not too much, but still. The 6 and 7 hour markers are slowly vanishing 😀

Thanks, I am really enjoying this piece, but there is a possibility for improvement, so why not give it a try

If it bugs you that much then I would recommend getting the dial and hands re-lumed. That can have a negative impact on the value of the watch though (provided they are original lume at present). If you decide to go down that route then make sure you go for the right person. If in UK I would recommend James Hyman but if elsewhere you will get other more local recommendations. Remember that once you go down that hole there is no turning back
