Not sure what the deal is with these. I have a dial like this but I can't find a definitive case reference for it. If it's a redial it is very old and very good in my opinion. Here's a similar one that sold on eBay

You need to state what reference you want to type in the title??

Yes I changed it, but was not sure what you wanted as you did not say.

ME - What happened to the high bidder on the auction which just ended?

SELLER - The watch was under sold, so I re-listed it that's why I canceled it

That's going to get him high marks, what an asshole!

Do you refer to this in the past tense because you sold it?

Wow, if I was the high bidder I'd smash him with eBay

That's what the seller said, what they means is "It didn't go for what I really wanted". Sorry dude that is the chance you take with auctions. The item was re-listed with the explanation that there was an error in the listing, yeah, right. The only error was he listed expecting to get "x" amount of $ and instead only got "y" amount $, boo hoo.
And I agree, what an asshole.

I am resurrecting this old thread as back in March I somehow managed to purchase the watch that was getting shilled around (but for much less $). I was researching the watch when the auction was active and I found this thread. I checked out the eBay links. The listing I was watching was with a different seller and different photo set...save for a poor screen cap of the movement. That got me worried. In the end I won and the watch arrived as described. The serial # was the same as the movement pics from both listings. I don't know if it was shilled, reshilled, sold, the resold to me but I ended up with a nice watch in my opinion.

Here it is next to my Watch Co kit SM 300 that I built.

Gents - I’m not seeing many of these black dial versions in the sales section over the last few months for reference. What’s the general market price for this dial variant 165.002. I’m a fan. It’s essentially the exact same dial as my 165024 SM300. I have a line on one and no idea what a fair price is at the moment.
