·I visited the store where I bought the watch and had a civil discussion (I hope) with the store owner. I am a native English speaker with basic Finnish skills and he was the opposite which resulted in the conversation being in Finnish. That's was just fine but I was concerned that I might come off as rude due to my shorter than normal sentences. The owner basically said he doesn't have time to make such a thorough study of each vintage watch he buys and sells. The vintage watches are often sold without prior servicing and without warranty. He stated that I saw what I had bought and he was not convinced the watch was not authentic.
I did offer to pay to send the watch to Omega for "certification" of authenticity and that if it came back as a fake he would have to reimburse the fee+sales price+servicing fees. In the end, he agreed to refund my money (sales+servicing) with a note that this is a one time occurrence should I buy another watch from him.
I am glad I got my money back but I don't feel very happy. I really like having an "Omega Constellation" and I understand how difficult it must be for the store owner with such limited staff to study each watch. This might seem odd but I almost wished he had given me store credit rather than refunded the money. I now intend to support his business with future watch purchases (if he will sell to me); I just need to do my homework before buying another vintage watch.
Lastly, I want to thank everyone who posted (except @Pvt-Public) and I hope I can contribute in the future once I acquire a vintage omega.
