Hi guys, What do You guys think about this 145.022-69. I Know the bezel is not the right one. But it has à Nice aubergine color. 2842xxx
Is it the light or are the ends of the lugs horribly polished and mis-shaped. The bezel may be attractive but it's still wrong and has a significant negative impact on value.
Glad my eyes are working today. All the negativity aside : if the pictures were less washed out, and under direct sun-light, I would be willing to bet there is some creamy lume going on there (1 plus point). But hard to say with these pics... practice.
they look sort of chopped off in the pictures, I may be wrong but I repeat: look at the 69s offered here, 6kis stong for a missing correct DON bezel.
to me they look like the old brushed/polished transition edge got polished, then re-brushed ('chopped') wrong. But I too may be wrong...
the case is so badly misshapen from polishing that it’s enough to say away from this watch on its own. Keep looking around and you’ll get a feel for something in great shape. Look at some newer unpolished models and compare the lugs with what you see in these photos. You’ll see what we’re talking about.
