If you like, HQMilton has a similar 1976 145.022 listed at $3750. Just another choice. Listing A1387.

I presume this is a service bezel and probably service hands.

This is probably an early 3570.50 (circa mid-90s) with the 1499 bracelet and tritium dial in the high 4 mil serial range, not a 145.022 as listed. They blanked out the serial on the back lug, so it has to be newer than the late 80s/early 90s. Bezel is correct for a 3570, but hands look suspiciously white. They should either be aged to the yellow hue or even showing signs of darker degradation than the dial.
Bezel is correct for mid-90's piece.

Thanks for this correction. I just assumed it was a 145.022 as listed, hence my comment about the bezel.

R on dial looks too new for a mid 80s

Other than the 1861 vs 861 movement and bracelet, are there any differences between the 3570 with tritium and 3590?

    $4450 USD is overpriced IMHO

Early 3570s actually came with the gilt 861 movement so can't really tell there. Also, some very early 3570s even came with the 1479 bracelet even though the model number change was supposed to coincide with the bracelet changeover.

Unless you either have original paperwork or and archive there's no real way to tell if a model was originally 3590/3570.

$4450 is very overpriced for the OP's watch in question. The HQ Milton example is more reasonable, but still not the best as it has non-matching luminova service hands. Shame as the tritium indices have aged remarkably well. And the 1171 bracelet looks to be original and in decent condition.
