Thinking of getting it fully cleaned up, movement serviced. Most likely replacing the crystal as it has a few pretty deep scratches.

Sounds good. If you are open to shipping, Kelly Hunter at Art of the Watch fixed up my Speedmaster. I thought his prices were good and others here recommended him. He is in Portland Oregon, USA.

Replacing the crystal is always better than keeping it when original replacements exist. A good, strong crystal protects the rest of the watch and is a key to maintaining water resistance.
