I own this 145.016.

I believe the hands are from the Moonwatch, as is the movement?

Would like to track down correct hands and movement.

The 321 movement was in other Omega's of course.
I believe this watch should have the 816 movement.

Another possiblity could be a swaped caseback, maybe you have an original 145.006???

Can't read the serial number of the of the 321 movement, would you mind sharing it?

Could be a 145.006 with swapped case back and different hands.

Or a 145.016 with wrong movement (321) and wrong hands.

If the cashback is correct (145.016-68) it should have the 861 movement and hands like the photo you sent.

As the dial, case and movement are in nice condition it would be good to return it to original specs.

Serial 26542451 according to what is written here was used in:

ST 105.102 & 145.012 models.

1968 Serials: 25.000.000 to 27.000.000
