Just to seek for comments on the piece as shown in the photos. Hands appeared to be service replacement and the dial seems to be resumed. How much would this piece cost to be fair? Many thanks in advance;-)

Looks pretty original to me. Crown is later, why do you think the hands or dial lume have been replaced?

Thanks pal for your comments. The chrono hand is shorter if you can notice. The crown is also a replacement.

Now you mention it, yes you are right, the second hand is too short. Could just be a broken off tip or a complete replacement. That model can have either spear or triangle hand so both are right, but at the right length. One of mine:

Overall is a good piece I reckon. Price wise I don’t think it will fetch a good price

Just noticed, the pushers are not right for a -67. That is either an earlier model with a dial swap, or a 67/68 with the wrong pushers.

Without further info to tell which, am now thinking Franken maybe...

Looks like it’s all there, the chrono hand is definitely shorter, it could have broke off during service.

How does the movement and caseback look? Also looks like it’s on a 1039 bracelet which adds value.

    Case looks quite sharp!

It’s 2.6 million series. Here’s the photo of the movement.

You mean 26m, it looks clean and all there. It all depends on price, if you’re comfortable, pull the trigger. No question in authenticity.

Does the price include the 1039/516 bracelet?

Depending on condition, the bracelet is valued $1-1.5k, putting the watch between $8-8.5k. I think that’s a very strong ask for this watch given it’s condition. I would think a reasonable price for head only would be $7-7.5k. Speedmaster101’s range is $5-8k for running /good.

    Good luck.

Thanks pals for the valuable comments. Of course after hearing them, I won’t pull the trigger of course. It’s crazy though.
