Found this piece. It looks original , needs an overhaul, but any feedback on originality is appreciated. Thanks Bill
If you could get this really really cheap it might clean up. Looks like Crystal is a mess. I'm struggling with what looks like rust on the pushers and lug welds.
The dial might not be perfect and the case has some scratches but the movement looks really good for it's age. I guess @Larry S is right, depending on the price this could be a good purchase!
I noticed that little bit of rust. I have asked the seller for a pic with the crystal off, if the dial looks good it may be worth it.
It looks a bit dirty, but nice I have the same sort of lugs on a 1940 Eterna: Looking familiar? Here's @adam78's Nomos: They are a classic Bauhaus design characteristic - love them.
Yeah, would be great if seller has a pic without the crystal. What bothers me is the top section of the tachy scale, which looks smudged. Hard to tell
The lugs are great. The watch needs to lose the awful strap. A new strap that mimics straps from the era when the watch was new would lend appeal.
Hate my iPhone keyboard! I wish blackberry had stayed in the game... I had asked FOR a crystal-less SHOT this morning. I should have it in the next hour or two.
Think this is bad? You shoulda seen the other guy! This confirms in my mind that this watch has been in high moisture conditions. No way.
