Hi guys. l hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying the holiday with the family. I'm a bit lost when it comes to whether the hands on this connie should have lumen or not? There is no "T" after the "Swiss made", but shouldn't there be some kind of filling?
    Best regards from me.

    Yes they should have lume.

The hands have a gap which should be filled with radium and you can see notches cut out if the hour markers where lume is present. Where there is lume on the dial, it is almost always present in the hands and vice versa.

    Argh, okay:)

Isn't possible to get a new lumen in? Otherwise than this problem I think the watch looks to be in fair condition. Im able to buy it for around 1200 usd

Yes the hands can be re-lumed, either with glowing material or non- glowing 'aged' compound.

Obviously original lume is preferable but it's not a deal breaker if the material is lost from the hands.

You see lots of these with missing lume, personally I wouldn’t worry too much. Here’s mine with the same issues. It dates from 1959 so there’s a good chance it could have been radium. In this case I would rather it not be there to be honest.

By 1962, when the 168.004 case was introduced, Omega had stop using radium in watches and switched to tritium as igniter for the luminous compound.
Hands should be still be filled though.
