105.012 original or modified?

Hi, I am new to this forum. Nice to meet you!!


I have one question.

I found one vintage Omega 105.012-66 model from internet. The seller said it is all original but I think pusher is not.
Also, the dial and hands are too old than other 1966 models.
He is selling it 11.5k dollars.

How do you think?

The photos are pretty terrible, but it looks like a CB case. At least one pusher and the crown are replacements. What do you think is wrong about the hands and dial? Looks like a wide-T dial, which would be correct. Seems like there might be some lume loss, but it's really hard to get a sense of the dial. If the bracelet is included, that counts for almost $2k USD.

It really comes down to the attractiveness of the dial, so you need better photos. It always boggles my mind that people try to sell a 5-figure watch with photos like these.

As above, top pusher wrong and bezel. Movement correct serial and seems in good shape.
Hands seem fine. Overall condition “fair”, so even with correct bracelet price too high imo.

What's wrong with the bezel? Hard to tell if there is someting funky around AML or not in the crappy pic. Pics are too poor to judge condition overall. This is the kind of watch that MIGHT turn out to be quite attractive if you could see it in a good pic in natural light.

The price has been precised on the first post, so nothing to add on that topic.

Tough decision. Price could be ok for a "good" 105.012-66CB, but I judge it max at "fair".
The index are the main problem to me.
Only advice: negociate, negociate, negociate...
Or look for a better one...
